urgently needed - quick vpn download for RVS4000 - yes i know its end of life

accessing file shares and printers in remote network

our new vpn is functioning, can view the RVS4000 router at the remote site, but can't get beyond to view any PC;s, printers, file shares. The routers are configured with default settings.
