That is what i was trying to do, over write. Should i check all the check boxes??? under over write when you import? I only see stuff about over writing speed dials, blf, etc. How do i over write and let my add phones CSV add the phones?

Opps. choose file but did not hit upload. Ok, so what do i need to do with this attached csv to update the phones? I am not sure this is going to work well. Maybe i should just delete the phones altogether and then re add them.
