I have Cisco Mx300 2nd with two table microphones in the table, and one microphone stays red while the other is fine, i swapped them around and the same mic still does the same, i am not sure what will be the problem.

Apology for giving wrong information, i got the information from the client but when i physically go to site i found that it is Cisco SX80 instead of Cisco mx700. and it is a dual mount camera, i found that the cameras were not detected ...
