Some of our end users have their MS Outlook 2013 presence status showing up as a grey box & a status of "Offline" but in Jabber it shows a presence status of what they are currently doing (i.e. "Available", "On a Call", "In Meeting").
We did some Outlook email address profile comparison with other end users that are working and found a problem that is puzzling.
User A: Outlook Presence Status Not Working
Has 2 addresses:
User B:Outlook Presence Status is Working
Has 1 addresses:
We also did a test to confirm the findings and in AD we removed the SIP address from (User A) and it started to work again.
Now in other support posts and Cisco documents it states that the SIP address is needed for integration to work between Outlook and Jabber.
Am I missing something.

I have a few questions regarding the downgrading of a Cisco 2504 WLC software from 8.3.102 down to 8.2.111
The upgrading WLC software guide says its possible. Is this true? Did anyone try it and had 100% success?
Will my configuration on the current release (8.3.102) be intact when I downgrade to 8.2.111?
I am doing the downgrade remotely. Is this advisable or should I be on-site when I downgrade?
What should I be aware off when I downgrade the software if it is possible to do?
Any help or assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
