I have been looking at backing up Cisco Call manager 5.1 and cisco unity to ensure recovery if we have a failure.I was wondering if anyone had any good docs outlining this process?

Hi Rob,Thanks for your assistance.On Unity, what are the steps required to backup the system, Where is the Dirt utility run from?Can it be backed up to a local hard disk asnd then a share created to copy the file to tape backup?
