I have issues like this from time to time. Fabric Manager has not fully updated, so if you wait 3-5 min and reopen your fabric the issue should be cleared up. That is assuming you correctly performed the commands/tasks. :-)
Be real careful with this command. You enter something wrong and bang you take down your systmes. Config -tvsan databasevsan 4094 interface fc 1/1-48endcopy run startOf course, you have to enter the module and port numbers that match your setup.
