I have a 2948G L3 and I need a DHCP server for each VLAN, can the Switch be a DHCP server per port??

What encapsulation type are you using?

I thinks you can use Fast Ether Channel to resolve the problem.You need a Ethernet Card supporting it and you can get a 800 M/bit Full Duplex connection (With 4 Cards).Another way is using Layer 3 Switching and Fast Ether Channel, for more performanc...
