350AP 11.21: can't distribute configuration with Default Gateway set to No

After setting the Default Gateway to No (255.255.255.255) distribution of AP-Configuration-Data is no longer possible.The other AP is on the same subnet.Bug, feature or did I miss something?

The subnet mask is 255.255.255.192 on both APswith Ip-Ap1 l.m.n.11and ip-Ap2 l.m.n.12
