With J4W 9.6(1) when making calls in desk phone mode the mute button in jabber remain greyed out, but is OK in soft phone mode. Is this working as designed? 

We are deploying Jabber 9.6(0) CUCM/IM&P 9.1(2) etc and cannot see a way of adding personal contacts that are not in AD or outlook  i.e the Pizza Guy feature that was supposed to be in 9.6 ? Did this feature get included in J4W 9.6 and if so is there...

Hi, as per the title I was lead to believe that UCCX 9.0 would support +E164 route points but not for CAD agent DNs.  We have tried to implement +E164 CTI route points (CUCM 9.1.2 and UCC 9.0) and it only supports * # 0-9.Is this correct and if so wh...
