Designing and implementing Call Centers since 1995. My biggest is 50+ UC clusters, 48 UCCE instances and 200k+ CSRs. Started in Genesys world, helped many customers, gather requirements, manage vendors, select products and implement solutions.
Worked with ICM from Geotel on wards. Trying to build my consulting practice for voice, and CTI when not on projects I sped time here to get knowledge and help others.
