need to add in my IVR scrip the estimated waiting time and position in queue to report the caller...
i add new configuration to ccx script every thing is ok but nothing appearsin queue
i have changed my prompt waves shortly every thing is working ok agent recive calls if agent busy customer hear busy message but my problim is in the CSD nothing appers on the contact service queue
Cisco Unified CCX Engine go to PARTIAL SERVICE and after one or two days the IVR goes down no calls received.i have a ccx 7
i need my supervisors to answer calls when the agents are all unavailable.This is with UCCX version 7.
