Upgading Problem

Hi to all,I have a cisco callmanager 5.1.2-3000 in active mode and 5.1.2-1000 in inactive mode.When i want upgrading to ccm 6.0 from dvd\Sftp ,i got en error that there is no any file to do an upgade.If there is any bug id on this issue ?
