I am failed to upgrade C3750E-24PD-S IOS to c3750e-universal-tar.122-40.SE.Problem1:-When i using tftpd32 to archive the tar file, from the tftp program log i can see 10054 error occur. i have using other tftp program but it shows same error codealso...

i have configured backup multilink ppp, but it seems like fail to work properly.i have attached sample configuration, please let me know, if it is my configuration problem.Thanks
