Thanks for your help. Your hint re Dialogic card was correct. We reseated them and all was ok. Dont you just hate it when you look for the complicated things and overlook the basics?

Thanks for your reply.I did as you suggested and Unity did load. However (is there always a however?) after a couple of calls I started getting MIU errors in the event log and no voice was heard when some ports answered.The Miu errors are:Event ID 5...
