Is it possible to enable "Rtp control protocol" in cisco 7942g series xml config files?

HiI can see on 7942g settings menu that "Rtp control protocol" is disabled, but it is not editable and as I'm not using cucm I need to enable it some other way. is it possible to enable it from xml  configuration files?Thanks
