RV220W setup QOS for VoIP and Vlan Config

Hello,  I would like to setup QOS for VoIP phones on our network,  I will also be implementing a VLAN for the phones as well.  Can you recommend a configuration to prioritize the vlan and VoIP qos?..thank you in advance
