I have just installed IP Communicator 8.6.1.0 on a Win 8.1 machine.  When I go to my Preferences --> Network the TFTP is not available for me to set. Has anyone else seen this problem?  This is not an issue if using IP Communicator 2.1.  Any assitanc...
