I thought initially that it had to be the phone resetting ... but it happens only when the attendant console is started and the phone doesn't appear to reset or re-register.

It's working now :-)Thanks for the help.I'm still not sure why it was matching on caller ID first for these calls.

I can't be 100% sure that it's just a particular range of numbers as we don't get a lot of calls from that area.We do have dial peers configured that start with 86 but that should be matching on dialled number rather than incoming caller id, right ?T...
