By default email notifications are restricted for message type:TELEMETRY, INVENTORY, CONFIGURATION
This can be viewed in 'edit device preferences' option in SCH portal, please check the settings and if you are still receiving the emails ...

Please check for any extra space in the credentials, try to type in the credentials and check.
