Hello,Have u enabled https Access to your Cisco Works Server?I've the same problem. With http Access UTU worked. After enabling https Mode for the CW Server it displayed this message.Best regardsMario

I've the same discovery problem with Cat6509 and SUP2. (not 720)It seems to be a problem with the device package.I hope, there will be an updated version of the device package from cisco soon.Best regardsMario

I have solved the problem with...- deinstalling terminal services (admin mode) on the server- update to CW LMS 2.2- reinstall terminal service (admin mode)This worked for me..Mario Gatterer
