Can I use SVI IP address on a C3750x as a BGP neighbor address?  The router will be directly connected to the C3750x interface that will be configured as a trunk port. 

I have an 50Mbps ethernet access internet connection.  I plan on using a Cisco 2921 as my headend IPSEC gateway.  How many tunnels will this device support?
