FXO ports get stuck "in-use"

Problem just popped up 2 days ago. One by one our FXO ports are becoming stuck "in-use" when no one is on a line and no calls are coming in. Any help would be appreciated

Is there anyway to reset the Auto-Attendant prompts back to default?

My boss mess up the recordings by overwriting one of the system prompts, is there an easy way to get this back, without resetting the whole config?Thanks
