We are having problems with CB21AG cards and WLSE 2.7 client walkabout too. Radio scan goes through nicely but when client walkabout starts no data is received or saved by the wlse.What card are you using for walkabout, if any?

"Device was not reachable via SNMP" was exactly the error we got in wlse with the wrong version of IOS on the AP. SNMP level packet snooping showed wlse was trying to set value into Cisco Experiment OID field which didnt exist in the earlier IOS vers...
