T1 WIC Card Errors on 1841 Router

If one is getting incrementing CRCs and input errors on Serial0/0/0 and the telco has tested clean to the smart jack onsite and now suspects faulty wiring or WIC card issue. How can I be certain its not a WIC card issue?
