I want to create a script (1=french, 2=english) to display the caller choice on the desktop agents phone display

Has anyone a script that records some text from the caller and afterwards sends this wav-file to email box? I want to give customers the ability to speak some text in when all agents are unavailable. We have an ipcc-server.

is it possible to use command line to execute bat? Or to schedule bat?we want to add device profiles and users at night.thx.
