How do you forward ports and range of ports in a NAT/PAT 2611 IOS 12.2.15 config?

Hi Trying to upgrade IOS from 120-5 to 122-15. err not enough free space on Flash. How do i clear out Flash before i upgrade?

I have a 3550 Cisco Switch doing layer 3 routing and switching.I want to do NAT on the switch, but it's not giving me that option.
