Could anybody explain to me what the Busy Other Time is? I can see it's a relationship with the logon time but i have some agents that show a figure in this field, but other who show nothing in this field. Any ideas?
Just a quick update on this. I've managed to work out that the Busy Other column that appears in AGteam26 refers to other skill groups that the agent may be a member of. IE if agent is in skill group 1 and SG2, and all calls came to SG2 then this age...
