I ran into this same problem, but adignan had the answer. It turns out that the documented url is incorrect. You need to go to "https:///uiroot".This worked right away at our site.

Did you configure the new PIM on the AW? It will not come active unless it has been setup in there.

I assume you are using CAD 4.6.2 or a previous version. Just so you are aware, CAD 6.0 will allow you to log an agent into any extension that is associated with PGUser.
