Cannot see user in attendant console client

Hi, This may be a stupid question. I have some users configured in ccm and the attendant console client can connect to the ccm. But, no users are displayed in the Directory pane. Could anyone please help to solve it? Thank you very much.

Time issue in IPS DM5.0

When I use the event view in IDM, it show the time in UTC format. Can turn it out in other time format like GMT?
