We are thinking about upgrading to 8.0 on both call manager and presence, I am sure presence will have some benefits but it looks like callmanager doesn't have the same benefits
This is happening to us also I have unassigned users andthen reassign them and it seems to work some of the time but why they go invisible after awhile still baffles meHas anyone seen where a users working for a week then not
