You could use AXL to get all phones. Lookup AXL Browser to get sample code. Then use the query to the phone for the serial number.

Thank you all, I resolved this. The issue was not only to press **# at the settings menu but also on the individual settings. Strange but worked.Option 150 is picked up from my DHCP now and the CM defualts to the TFTP address.Thanks again all.
