It is my understanding that autodiscovery only works if the lan to lan tunnel is between VPN concentrators, so in your case ,con - to - pix, this would not be possible

you will have to insert a static route for the linksys internal network on the router that's located on the inside of the concentrator

You wuill have to enable split-tunneling on the ipsec group if you want to be able to access local resources while connected via the tunnel. The resource connectivity sounds like a name resolution problem

IPSEC will not transfer routing protocols if that is how your tunnels are setup, you will have to create GRE tunnels to transfer BGP, the following doc has a sample config using OSPFwww.cisco.com/warp/customer/707/gre_ipsec_ospf.htmlhope this helps!
