In small platforms 25% bandwidth is allocated to control traffic but how it works in high end platforms. Never seen max-res-bandwidth command used for those

As per Cisco literature the CBWFQ comes in to affect only when congestion occurs but I have read some where that priorty queue becomes eefective even there is no congestion.

Do router drop control plane packet when CBWFQ is configured as we do not mention C6&C7 in our queues; It goes to default.
