Well that is what I thought. So how does someone get from 4.1 to 8. If version 8 is only supported on the UCS with VM Ware and 7 is not what are they supposed to do by an additional server just for the upgrade?

did you anyone find a fix to this, I am alos having the same problem. The 7916 just gets to the Cisco Screen and all lights are amber then nothing.I have tried multiple different loads on the 75 nothing seems to change.

Rob, Thanks for the quick reply. I figured it out. I was just putting a "/" for the directory and need to put "/ailasname"
