Cisco RV 120W - QOS for SIP

I would like to setup the RV 120W router to do QOS for VoIP/SIP.What would be the best way to do this?  The WAN port connects to a DSL modem with 3 meg down and 512k up.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!Thank you,Mark
