3511 MCU not booting

I have a 3511 MCU in my lab which will not boot. I suspect it may be a hardware problem but I don't have much experience with this device.

Here's what I get when it boots:


CPU : MPC755

VxWorks Version : 5.5

BSP version : 1.86.1D
