We have a 3515 which responds really slowly when you http onto it (for admin etc). The processor averages 6-8% utilization but it takes up to 30 seconds to navigate between the tabs. it gets better after a reboot, but soon resorts to being 'slow' again quite quickly even if there are no conferences (it's a new installation which works OK but hasnt be rolled out yet). Running software version 188.8.131.52.54 - any help appreciated.
Also, noticed that I'm getting a 'Network Error' in the logs (I dont think the two problems are related) and anyone in a conference gets dropped.
Check your speed / duplex settings on both ports and on your switch. It sounds as if you are having a network between yourself and the 3515. If you plugged it into a port with VOICE qos configured you may want to turn that off, and just let the port play normally.
