3rd party SIP video camera call to 3rd Party soft SIP client - audio only

I have a 3rd party SIP video client (Librestream MCA) which can receive audio and video from the Librestream camera when not registered to CUCM. But when both the software client and camera are registered as advanced SIP endpoints to CUCM 7.01 I can only get audio to be placed. Video fails. Do you have any suggestions on how to permit video between these devices when calling as CUCM registered devices? CUPC calling the MCA software client has the same effect(no video) but Librestream camera calling CUPC client and the video is fine. Thanks.
