Which is the phone firmware load?. could you verify if the DHCP server is configured correctly and the IP phones are able to ping CUCM. Could you try loading the latest phone load in the TFTP and point the phone to get thenew firmware.
The IT guy gave me the wrong phone information. They didnt have a g model they just had a 7941. Auto registration was not on either. I turned on auto register and deleted the 7141g's and everything came up fine. I work remotely and I rely on people to give me the correct information :)
