7945 / 7965 - Settings Completly Locked

Hi all,

i'm haveg some problems with a few 7945 and 7965 IP Phones.

I am unnable to access their settings (Asside from the Personal Settings). I've tryed:

  • unlocking the settings with **# - no success
  • setting the "Settings Access" on the phone in CM to enabled - still no success.

The Phone's Screen looks like in the attached picture.

Can someone tell me what is the setting on CM that controls access to these settings ?

Settings Access = Restricted on the product-specific configuration section of the phone.
