ATA185 and device pool

Hello every one. I hope you are well. I have an problem that i successfully ass 2 ports of ATA186 as sccp to CUCM 6. all things go well but when I assign device pool for extension of ATA that different from device pool assign to ip Phones, ata186 can not call ip phones and vice versa.

this sample of my voice netwoek . when ext 2003 call ext 200l the call failed because they have different device pool but if I assign for these number same device pool the call processed successfully .....

Pleade I need any details about this problem ..... Thx

MY first guess would be codecs

thanks jaime for your reply ... when I assign same region for two device pool, the call will complet .

but if the 2 device pool have different region the call will failed.. I can not get any explanation for this ..
