Attendant Console

Hello,

I would like to know what are the best practices for the sync with the cucm, I have in my Attendant Console, configured to sync every 7 days. Is this the best practices or we can do this in less days.

Hi,

I'm trying to better understand your question to which sync process; as after added a new user it just take 24 hours to sync.... and the process to add new user is to have in CUCM the correct department and the correct phone number in the business card.

No they are not. You can change time settings for syncing for LDAP in UNITY only not for attendant console. As stated before,after added a new user it just take 24hrs to sync....and the process to add new user is to have in CUCM the correct department  and the correct phone number in the business card. 

What version of UCM and what Attendant console are you using-inbuilt or 3rd party?
