Auto Attendant

We want to implement the auto attendant.

From 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM the message will state something to the effect of:

Press 1

Calls go to extensions 2001 and 2002

After 4 rings, send to voicemail on 2001 or 2002

Press 2 for all other calls

Calls go to extensions 2003, 2004, and 2005

Calls also go to extensions 2001, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 (silent ring)

Must ring until answered.

I think the AA on the CallManager works only on the CCM Windows versions and it requires a painful installation.

If you have Unity it makes it easy. Check the below thread for some ideas.
