bandwidth that consumes gatekeeper when it establishes a call?

it wanted to know whatever is the bandwidth that is consumed when this settling down a call, in a network h323 controlled by gatekeeper

I am not sure exactly what you are asking but:

For H.323 video bandwidth consumption:

around 420K for a 384k call (384k plus IP overhead)

If you are asking how much bandwidth to configure the gatekeeper:

768 = 384 all bandwidth values are configured in half duplex, and IP overhead is not calculated.

Remember when using the gatekeeper to limit bandwidth, actual bandwidth consumption is not an issue. You just want to be able to control the number of calls, and you can base this on the number of calls times the data rate (remember that the gatekeeper assumes half duplex). When you look at WAN queses and provisioning you will need to use the 420K per 384k call since that is what the router interface will see during the call.
