Call cut off after 1 minute

Hi,

I have Cisco AS5350 IOS version 12.2(13)T. This gw is doing origination. My termination gw is Vocaltec and Cisco AS5300. When my customer call to my terminating gw, they can hear the opposite party but after 1 min, the call cut off by itself. I have check with my both providers and they say they recieved normal end call from their log file. They suspect that its from my gw. Is there any ways to check and any solutions?

If you have already checked with your provider and they said that everything looks ok, I would suggest opening a TAC case so an engineer can double check your config.
