Call Manager 6.X

In cisco call manager 6.1.5.13900-4. When I am deleting IP phone the system give me a error.

"Error occurred. one or more recorded did not get deleted. could not do a physical-order read to fetch next row.

The above error are getting some time.

Please can you help me.

Navigate to device page which you are trying to delete and at the top right hand side you will see a drop down menu in which you need to select dependency records to find if there are any records related to the phone which you're trying to delete. Once you clear dependency records you should be able to delete the phone.
