Does anyone know of any software that can help with diagnosing Call Manager trace logs?

You may find the Voice Log Translator useful. You can find it in the Software Download area under Voice Software, then Cisco Voice Tool. Here's the link:

Hi,
I used to earlier use X-log. Its an excellent tool.
Now there is a new tool called TranslatorX_3_0_0_1.
The tool is awesome.
The best bet is to open a TAC case to procure the latest tool unless you know someone in Cisco.

Triple combo is an unsupported tool from Cisco. You can get this from you account manager,
