Can't make a call thro the gatekeeper

Dear all,

We have a gatekeeper & 3 gateway router, I do the sample configuration, but we found that we make a few call, just only one call is OK,

the configuration as

the gatekeeper

zone prefix xxx.com 549* gw-priority 10 gw1

zone prefix xxx.com 550* gw-priority 10 gw2

zone prefix xxx.com 500* gw-priority 10 gw3

the gatway

interface FastEthernet0/0

ip address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 255.255.255.0

When the call is OK, show gateke call, it is OK,

When the call is faulty, no active call & get the fast busy tone,

Could any one have experience on it,

if you have the network in topologia type it stars is better to use a single zone in gatekeeper... Gatekeeper was in charge to coordinate the calls between different places....
