UCM 5.1

Where/how do you configure CDR to send alerts to a distribution list. I see the Mail Server configuration under SYSTEM>SYSTEM PARAMETERS>MAIL PARAMETERS, but this appears to only be the account to connect to the mail server, not a recipient list.

cucm can only send e-mail to one user, you would need to do the configuration for that on your mail server

please post questions under the right topic as i believe this is not related to video over IP
