You would need to follow the procedures for both CUCM and CUC I believe.

If you have an entry under System > Application Server for your CUC, make sure it's changed there.  If you don't you can ignore this.

In order to change the IP address just follow:

Now please be careful,

Make sure you have in mind everything than the change of the IP address of your CUCMBE would do to your system, If you have H323 GW, CUPC, UCCX, you would need to update them with the new IP address.

Also remember to update your DHCP, so would point to the new ip address.
